Method:
Start your coffee using your preferred method, I just use a standard coffee maker. While its brewing place coconut whipping cream or evaporated coconut milk in your mug, using however much you might usually use for creamer. Add in honey to your desired sweetness, then shake in some ginger, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon. I like mine a little spicier, so I tend use more about the same amount of ginger as the other two spices combined. Stir to mix well (it will blend easier if stirred before the coffee is added), then add your hot coffee and stir once more. Then enjoy!
Note that the fat in coconut cream is a bit oiler than standard dairy, so seeing some oil along the top of your drink is completely normal.
