Easy Fish Fry


GF friendly fish fry coating, good with any white fish.


Preheat frying oil on medium-high heat. Avocado and Canola work well.

Mix Equal parts:
Almond meal
Amaranth flour

Flavor mixture to preference:
Garlic Powder
Paprika
Salt

Dip fish in either almond milk or egg, then toss to coat in fry mixture. Once well coated, fry on one side until fish is nearly flakey, then flip to fry other side until done and evenly flakey. Remove and allow to sit on papertowels to drain excess oil.
